How Does The 21 Day UFIX Work?
21 Day UFIX combines some of the best yoga & relaxation techniques known to man; Asana (the poses), Pranayama (the breathing exercises), & Savasana (deep relaxation). So you get the benefits of breathing exercises, stretching exercises, fitness programs, meditation, and guided imagery, all in one practice.
Twice a week for the next 3 weeks, you will receive via email, a simple exercises that will work on one aspect of UFIX.
